The Prosecution alleges that Zehrudin Scuk, a former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, killed Iva Pavlovic in Krkaca hamlet during an attack on Doljani village.
According to the charges, Scuk came to the courtyard of a house where Iva Pavlovic, her sister and the owner were staying and asked them if they had a rifle. When Pavlovic told him that they did not have a rifle, Scuk found one in the house, approached her and told her: “You are in trouble now”.
“He fired a bullet at her neck from a close distance, depriving her of her life,” the indictment alleges.
As per a proposal by Cantonal Prosecutor Vesna Pranjic, the Court ordered the indictee, who has permanent residence in the US, to hand over his travel documents within the next eight days. Zehrudin Scuk is also known as Zeho.
The beginning of the trial will be scheduled in the upcoming period.
