Under the unconfirmed indictment, Skrbic is charged with having killed Refik Mesanovic from Sanica, Kljuc municipality, on June 26, 1992.

“Skrbic, who was armed with an automatic gun, came, along with another person, in front of Refik Mesanovic’s house. After they had taken Mesanovic out of the house, he ordered him to start walking, holding the automatic gun pointed towards his back. When they arrived to Elvir Karadzic’s house, Skrbic ordered Mesanovic to continue walking across the courtyard. He then fired a brief burst of bullets on his head. The man died immediately,” the indictment alleges.

The Cantonal Prosecution in Bihac announced that Skrbic was currently in Serbia and that he had been examined at the Higher Court in Belgrade.
