Prohibiting measures from leaving the place of residence and a ban on meeting with co-accused have been ordered, as well as a travel ban including the temporary withdrawal of travel documents.

“Police will check every day whether he respects the prohibiting measures ordered against them. If the accused violates any of the imposed prohibiting measures, he may be ordered back into custody,” the Court announced.

Vatrac is on trial along with Fikret Planincic, Rasim Lisancic and Sead Menzil. According to the State Prosecution’s charges, Planincic, Lisancic, Menzil and Vatrac, former members of the Territorial Defence in Kotor-Varos, participated in an attack on Serdari village on September 17, 1992, when 16 Serb civilians were killed.

Custody for Planincic, Lisancic and Menzil was terminated recently.
