In the past nine years the Court of BiH and the State Prosecutor’s Office have had more then 70 international judges and prosecutors. At the end of their term in 2012, there are conflicting opinions of their work. While some consider that they have helped domicile resources to adopt knowledge and experiences from international law, other think that they were incompetent, and should not have come at all.
