According to the indictment filed by the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecution, Ibrahim Ceco, a former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, caused severe bodily injuries and mental suffering to civilians in Dobrinja on Septmeber 18, 1992 and unlawfully detained them.
Ceco, who acted in collaboration with two other armed and uniformed soldiers, physically abused four Serb civilians in the premises of Dobrinja Local Community. He hit them with his legs, fists and rifle butts, the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecution’s indictment alleges.
Indictee Ceco is defending himself while at liberty. A.S.
