Witness Ibro Bajic said that he last saw his father Nurko in Zepa, when he decided to go back with his wife and four children to Babljak village, Rogatica municipality, from which they had fled previously.

“After the war I found out what happened. Mevlija told me that Zoran took them to Borike, Rogatica municipality by a car driven by some man. She said that they separated Nurko from the others, whom they then transported to Rogatica,” witness Ibro Bajic said, adding that he still did not know what had happened to his father.

Marjanovic is charged with having arrested a Bosniak family, consisting of a married couple of four minors, in Marina Homora, Rogatica municipality on June 19, 1992. He was allegedly accompanied by a few other members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS.

The indictment alleges that the family was then taken to Borike. Unknown VRS members took the mother and children away and detained them in “Veljko Vlahovic” school building in Rogatica, while the father was taken in an unknown direction. He has been missing since.

Second Prosecution witness Rasema Bajic said that, while she was held in a detention camp in Vlasenica in 1992, Mujo Cesko told her that indictee Marjanovic had captured the Bajic family.

“He told me that Zoran captured them in Marina Homora and took them to Borike. He said that they kept brother-in-law Nurko at that place and transferred Mevlija and the children to Rogatica, where they stayed for ten days,” Rasema Bajic said.

The witness told the Court that Cesko was informed about the capture of the Bajic family by Mevlija, Nurko’s wife, during the course of their detention in Rogatica. The witness said that, besides Cesko, she also spoke to Mevlija about the capture of the Bajic family once they came out of the detention camp.

The trial is due to continue on November 9, when the Prosecution will examine two new witnesses.
