The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina acquitted Zoran Marjanovic of all charges for the crimes committed on the territory of Rogatica in 1992. The Trial Chamber acquitted Marjanovic, a former Bosnian Serb army soldier, of the charges of unlawful detention and forced disappearance of a person.

Testifying at the trial for crimes in Rogatica, a State Prosecution witness says that his stepmother told him in 1996, that indictee Zoran Marjanovic arrested his father and his family in mid-1992, adding that his father has been missing since.

Zoran Marjanovic appears before a preliminary hearing judge of the State Court and pleads not guilty to the charges that he committed crimes against humanity in Rogatica in 1992. “I plead not guilty,” said Marjanovic.
