The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina says that the exhumation of human remains, which are believed to belong to Bosniak civilians from Rogatica municipality killed in 1992, has been completed. The exhumation took place at the Kukavica family cemetery in Oplosce village.

“Skeletal remains of three persons were found in the grave. It is believed that the remains belong to two brothers and one female of an older age,” the State Prosecution said.

The remains of victims will be transported to the Identification Center in Visoko so that a precise autopsy, identification and forensic processing can be conducted.

A State Prosecution investigator lead the exhumation process.
