Episode 15: A Country Without State Prison

BiH is a country without a state prison facility. To this date only a concrete boundary wall was built. The rest of the construction work still awaits. Despite the objections to the cost of the prison, the Ministry of Justice of BiH clearly stated to the objecting two entities that the country will get a state prison facility by the end of 2013.
The guest of this month’s edition is the Bosnian State Minster of Justice, Barisa Colak.
