Both indictees have decided to give statements to the State Prosecution at the end of the trial for crimes committed in Vlasenica in 1992. Although evidence presentation was completed at the hearing held on November 26, Trial Chamber Chairman Zoran Bozic said that on December 1 indictee Goran Viskovic filed a motion expressing his wsh to testify.


5. November 2009.

A court expert, invited by the Defence of Goran Viskovic, says that "the authorities in Vlasenica" decided to accommodate Bosniaks "in the Susica collection center" as a way of protecting them in the spring of 1992. Radovan Radinovic, a court military expert, presented his analysis of the security situation in Vlasenica Municipality before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as per a request made by the Defence of Goran Viskovic, a former military policeman with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is charged, together with Predrag Bastah, a reserve policeman with the Public Safety Station in Vlasenica, with a number of crimes committed against Bosniak civilians from Vlasenica.
