The Court of BiH has confirmed the adapted indictment and an extended period of detention for former Croat Defence Council commander Pasko Ljubicic.

The appeals council is considering the defence's objection to a court decision on detaining the indictee.

There has been a further delay in attempts to adapt the indictment against Pasko Ljubicic to local laws – further extending the indictee's long period of pre-trial detention.
