At the trial of four indictees, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos, a Prosecution witness says that he knew all of the 16 people, who were killed in Serdari village, adding that his brother and father were among them.
Mirsad Vatrac pleaded not guilty before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for crimes in the village of Serdari (Kotor-Varos municipality) in 1992.
“Your Honour, I am not guilty, I am not guilty of anything”, said Vatrac.
