A military expert witness, testifying at the trial for genocide committed in Srebrenica, says that indictee Momir Pelemis did not participate in crimes committed in July 1995. Presenting his findings and opinion in favour of Momir Pelemis's Defence, Radovan Radinovic said that, on the basis of documents submitted to him, he determined that the first indictee was neither present at the Kula school building in Pilica nor did he participate in the removal of bodies.


29. November 2010.
At the trial for genocide committed in Srebrenica, a former member of the First Battalion with Zvornik Brigade testifies in defence of indictee Slavko Peric, saying that the murder of Bosniaks in the Cultural Center was probably committed as revenge for the murder of Serbs in 1992.


14. October 2010.
A Defence witness testifies at the trial for genocide committed in Srebrenica and says that about ten members of the First Battalion with the Zvornik Brigade were standing around the school building in Pilica when male prisoners were brought from Srebrenica, but they were not assigned any tasks.
