The State Court ordered custody in the case of Zoran Maric, suspected of crimes committed in the villages of Ljoljici and Cerkazovici, in Jajce Municipality.

By a second-instance verdict Mirko (son of Spiro) Pekez and Milorad Savic were found guilty of crimes committed in Jajce Municipality.

In their closing arguments the Defence teams once again deny the allegations contained in the indictment, while the Prosecution calls on the Court to hand down long sentences in the case of the two indictees, who are charged with crimes committed in the Jajce area.

A Prosecution witness claims to have survived the shooting of residents of Cerkazovici and Ljojici villages, which took place in Tisovac village in September 1992.
11. December 2007.
The three indictees charged with crimes against civilians committed in Jajce area have entered a plea of not guilty.
