At the trial of Bozidar Kuvelja, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, the Prosecution submits new transcripts of witnesses' statements. The Trial Chamber says that it will decide on whether to accept them or not once it has read them.

Testifying at the trial of Radovan Karadzic at The Hague, Prosecution witness Christine Schmitz says that , one day after the occupation of Srebrenica in July 1995 the Republika Srpska Army, VRS deported Bosniak women, children and the elderly from Potocari, after having separated able-bodied men from them.

During his trial before The Hague Tribunal, indictee Radovan Karadzic says that crimes committed against Bosniaks from Srebrenica by Serb forces in July 1995 were caused by enormous hatred that was not only generated during that war and the Second World War, but also during all other possible wars.
