A witness told the trial of seven Bosnian Serbs charged with involvement in detaining and murdering Bosniaks and Croats in Kotor Varos said her son was seized and beaten to death.

Testifying at the trial for crimes in Kotor-Varos, a State Prosecution witness says that indictee Dusko Vujicic, who forced detainees to sing “Chetnik” songs, used to beat him during his detention in 1992.

A witness told the trial of seven Bosnian Serbs charged with involvement in the detentions and murders of Bosniaks and Croats in Kotor Varos said that two of them assaulted him.

Testifying at the trial for crimes in Kotor-Varos, a State Prosecution witness says that he left the town when the Krajina Autonomous Region took over the authority over it.

Seven Bosnian Serb defendants pleaded not guilty on Wednesday before the Bosnian State Court for war crimes committed in Kotor Varos in 1992.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a motion, requesting the extension of prohibiting measures against eight indictees, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos, while the Defence teams object to the proposed ban on witnesses and indictees meeting each other, because the ban would disturb their preparations for defence.
