The state prosecution and defense presented material evidence at the trial of Gligor Begovic. Begovic has been charged with war crimes at the Batkovic detention center in the municipality of Bijeljina.
At todays hearing of the Eso Macic retrial at the Bosnian state court, Macics defense attorney said his sentence should be reduced. The prosecution, on the other hand, proposed that Macic be sentenced as per the law.
