On the second day of his testimony, defendant Selman Busnov said he didnt have any information on the Serb population being treated incorrectly by the Stupari police in Kladanj.
At the trial of former Bosniak forces accused of unlawfully detaining Serb civilians, a defense witness said the Serb population which was housed in teachers buildings in Kladanj in 1992 and 1993 regularly received their pensions.
A defense witness in the trial of eight former Territorial Defense members said the Serb population detained in teachers buildings in Stupari used to freely visit his cafe.
On his third day of testimony, defendant Safet Mujcinovic said he didnt receive complaints from Serbs about the behaviour of his subordinate, Nedyad Hodzic. Both Mujcinovic and Hodzic have been accused of war crimes in Kladanj.
