Military expert Nehru Ganic determines that the Zulfikar Squad was not part of the Main Command Headquarters of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, but the First Corps on April 16, 1993, when crimes were committed in Trusina village, near Konjic.

On the second day of witness Vahid Karavelic's testimony at the trial for crimes in Trusina, near Konjic, the Defence of indictee Nihad Bojadzic presents the witness with a number of documents, claiming that those documents prove that the "Zulfikar" Squad was not subordinate to the Main Command Headquarters of ABiH on April 12, 1993.

Testifying at the trial for crimes in Trusina, Konjic municipality, former Chief of the State Security Service Sector says that, on the basis of intercepted conversations, he concluded that indictee Zulfikar Alispago was subordinate to Sefer Halilovic.

At the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a State Prosecution witness says that he passed through Trusina, Konjic municipality in the summer of 1993, adding that the place looked like a location of crime to him.
