The Bosnian Prosecution asked the State Court to order custody for Marijan Brnjic, Ilija and Pavo Glavas and Martin Barukcic, suspected of crimes in Odzak, while the Defence objected that claim.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, arrested on Monday four people due to a suspicion that they committed war crimes in the Odzak area in 1992.
