A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of four former Bosnian Croat soldiers said he saw a member of the Croatian Defense Forces (HOS) kill members of a Serb family in Presjenica.
The trial chamber rejected a proposal by the defense to separate the case of Mirko Bunoza from that of Edhem Godinjak and Medaris Saric, former members of Croat forces charged with war crimes in the Trnovo area.
