The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, files an indictment against Perica Kustura, known as Lipi, charging him with crimes against prisoners of war in Gornji Vakuf.
The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms a verdict, under which Stipe Kristo was sentenced to two years for having committed war crimes in Gornji Vakuf.
While some consider the first instance verdict against six former Herceg-Bosna leaders shameful and unfair, others say it is a historical decision, which proves that crimes were committed in the Herzegovina and Central Bosnia area.
