The Trial Chamber renders a decision to include the indictment against Milorad Trbic filed in the USA, where he was arrested, as evidence in this case.

At a status conference held as part of the trial of Milorad Trbic, the Trial Chamber considers issues pertaining to a written statement given by Vinko Pandurevic and the testimony of protected Prosecution witness PW13.
The Defence of Milorad Trbic presented transcripts of Vinko Pandurevic's testimony at the Hague.
23. March 2009.
The Defence of Milorad Trbic will propose that transcripts of Vinko Pandurevic's testimony be included as evidence, after the ICTY indictee refused to appear before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the next seven days the composition of the Trial Chamber sitting in the case of Milan Trbic will be changed.

After presenting all pieces of evidence, the State Prosecution announces that it will file a revised indictment.

At a status conference the State Prosecution proposes examination of six additional witnesses, while the Defence objects to the proposal, describing it as "an unreasonable distraction to the court".

Two additional Prosecution witnesses speak about the trauma, suffered by Srebrencia victims, and their day-to-day problems.

Indictee Milorad Trbic addresses the Trial Chamber, arguing that he "does not know that genocide was committed in Srebrenica".

The Defence of Milorad Trbic completes its evidence presentation by presenting material evidence.

The Trial Chamber has agreed to postpone the presentation of findings of court expert Petar Vuga, bearing in mind that "it will take some time to translate the findings and for the Prosecution to prepare itself".
