The verdict in the Goran Popovic trial has been postponed until Thursday, April 30. Popovic has been charged with war crimes in the municipality of Visegrad.

In todays hearing of the Goran Popovic trial, prosecutor Seid Marusic gave his closing statements. He said the existence of a widespread and systematic attack against the non-Serb population in Visegrad has been proven, and that Popovic deliberately undertook actions that were a part of that attack.

After the Bosnian state court accepted an amended indictment in the Goran Popovic case, the evidentiary hearing ended and closing arguments were scheduled.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has terminated custody measures for Goran Popovic. The court determined that the reasons for the measures no longer exist.
