Case: Marinic and Milic

The start of the trial of Zoran Marinic, the accused for the crimes that were committed in Busovaca has been rescheduled for 12 April because of a possible merger of the proceedings with the case against another suspect in the same crime.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA arrests Zoran Milic, who is suspected of crimes against the civilian population in the Busovaca area in 1993. Milic, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is suspected of having participated in the murder of four Bosniaks, caused bodily injuries to civilians and destroyed their property unlawfully and arbitrarily.
