The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms an indictment against Husein Begic, Safet Kovacevic, Muhamed Anadolac, Abid Ljubijankic and Sabahudin Hafuric, who are charged with crimes committed in the Bosnian Krajina region.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ordered prohibiting measures against four people, who are suspected of crimes in the Bihac and Cazin areas in March 1995.
The prohibiting measures will last for one month.
23. November 2012.
The Bosnian State prosecution requested that Safet Kovacevic, suspected of crimes in Bihac and Cazin, remain in custody, which the defence objected to.
26. October 2012.
The Bosnian State prosecution has asked that Safet Kovacevic, who was arrested on Thursday for suspicion that he committed war crimes in Bihac and Cazin, be ordered into custody.
