The Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejects custody order motions for nine convicts, who were released from prisons, where they were serving their sentences for war crimes, following the revocation of their verdicts.

The trial of Oliver Krsmanovic for crimes in Visegrad has been postponed, because The Hague Tribunal has still not responded to a request related to protected witnesses, which was submitted to it two months ago.

Former Croatian Defence Council serviceman Ermin Curtic was jailed for five and a half years for crimes against Bosniak civilians in the Vares area in October 1993.

At the trial for the crimes against civilians from Visegrad, a witness for the defence said that an unknown person in Sokolac told them that men of fighting age could proceed to Tuzla.

Judge Mandiaye Niang has been assigned to join the Trial Chamber in the case of Vojislav Seselj following the disqualification of judge Frederick Harhoff.

The presentation of material evidence by the Defence of Zeljko Jukic has been postponed due to problems related to obtaining original documents.
