Stolac Crimes Indictment Confirmed

The Bosnian state court confirmed an indictment against Vid and Josip Kresic for crimes in Stolac.

The Bosnian prosecution said that Vid and Josip Kresic were members of the Bosnian Croat forces, who tortured a person in the Kostana hospital in Stolac.

Vid and Josip Kresic are also charged with letting other persons to torture civilians by electrocuting them.

Both men handed themselves to the Bosnian prosecution.
