On December 31, 2015, Milan Paravac, Milan Ninkovic, Andrija Bjelosevic and Milan Savic have been charged with participating in a widespread and systematic attack conducted by Serb police, military and paramilitary formations against Bosniak and Croat civilians in Doboj and Teslic.
 
Paravac was the president of the wartime crisis committee in Doboj. He was also the Serb member of the Bosnian tripartite presidency between 2003 and 2005.  Ninkovic was a member of the wartime crisis committee, Bjelosevic was the head of police in Doboj and Savic was his deputy.

The defendants have been charged with participating in the killings of several hundred Bosniaks and Croats.

According to the state prosecution, the defendants organized military, police and paramilitary attacks on villages and areas where Bosniaks and Croats lived. During these attacks, civilians were killed, captured and taken to detention camps in Doboj, where they were subjected to abuse. The state prosecution stated that several thousand Bosniaks and Croats were detained and abused in Serb-run camps.

According to the charges, the defendants also participated in the destruction of religious and cultural sites used by Bosniaks and Croats in Doboj, Teslic and the surrounding area.
 
The indictment has been sent to the state court for confirmation.
