Zijad Nanic, Esad Kudelic, Vahid Bajraktarevic, Senad Salkic, Hasan Mustafic, Mehmed Alesevic, Nedzad Bapic and Samir Isakovic have been charged with the inhumane treatment of prisoners of war and civilians who were detained in the former Radoc Hotel in Buzim.

On Tuesday, December 29, Nenad Przulj will enter his plea. Przulj has been charged with committing war crimes in the municipality of Sokolac in 1992 and 1993.

On Monday, December 28, Mate Baotic (also known as Cikin) and Mehmed Sadikovic will enter their pleas. Baotic has been charged with war crimes against civilians and prisoners of war in Orasje. Sadikovic has been charged with committing war crimes against prisoners of war in Bugojno.

On Wednesday, December 30, a plea hearing will be held in the case of Djordje Ristanic. Ristanic has been charged with committing war crimes in the municipality of Brcko in 1992.

On Wednesday, December 30, the Adil Vojic and Bekir Mesic trial will continue. Vojic and Mesic have been charged with committing rape in the Bihac area in 1994. During the last hearing the trial chamber decided to reexamine one of the injured parties in the case, after the defense completed its presentation of evidence.

Trials for war crimes committed in Bileca, Kotor-Varos, Sanski Most, Srebrenica, Rogatica, Foca and other towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue before the Bosnian state court next week.
