On the same day, a status conference will be held at the trial of Nikola Zovko, Petar Krndelj, Kreso Rajic and Ivica Cutura. They’ve been charged with war crimes committed in the Capljina area in July 1993.

On Tuesday, October 6, Milan Komad, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, will enter his plea. Komad has been charged with war crimes in the Visegrad area.

Trials for war crimes committed in Odzak, Kotor-Varos, Srebrenik, Sarajevo, as well as towns in Herzegovina, Eastern Bosnia and Krajina, will continue at the Bosnian state court next week.
