Prohibiting measures, including a ban on leaving their places of residence, traveling and meeting certain persons, as well as an obligation to report to police twice a week, have been ordered against Milorad Kokot and Ranko Mrdja, who too are suspected of this crime.

The four suspects were arrested on December 23 due to a suspicion that they participated, as members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, in the murders, rape and other inhumane acts against Bosniak victims in the Sanski Most area.

After having examined them, the Prosecution of BiH requested custody for Goran and Milorad Mrdja and prohibiting measures for the two other suspects.
