The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, announced that, in the period from May to November 1992 Golubovic and Bozic, a former Manager and guard in the detention facilities, assisted in causing severe physical and mental pain and suffering of detained civilians and abuse of those persons, which had lethal consequences.

Several of them lost their lives and many persons were wounded at those locations. Besides that, they are charged with having actively participated in pillaging of property owned by the unlawfully detained civilians,” the Prosecution of BiH announced.

Under the unconfirmed indictment, Golubovic and Bozic are charged with having participated in rape and forcing unlawfully detained women to have forced sexual intercourse with HVO members.
