As per a proposal by the Prosecution of BiH, the Court granted an additional protection measure for witness S-4, enabling her to testify in a separate cabin with the alteration of image and sound.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charges Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic, former members of the Kotor-Varos Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having raped a minor on the territory of Kotor-Varos municipality.
The indictment alleges that the indictee and another person raped her several times in a moving minivan.
According to the schedule of hearings, this trial is due to continue on December 30.
