“I plead not guilty to each count contained in the indictment,” Tahirovic said.

Tahirovic, a former member of the “Zulfikar” Special Squad with the Main Command Headquarters with the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, is charged with having participated in the torture, abuse and pillaging of property of civilians and prisoners of war, who were unlawfully detained in the “Battle for the Wounded” Museum and at Rogica Houses in Jablanica.

The indictment against Tahirovic was confirmed on November 3.
