The custody measure has been ordered due to a danger that he might flee and a possibility that he might influence witnesses.
At the custody order hearing the Prosecution said, among other things, that Condric had the citizenship of Croatia.
Condric, a former member of military police with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is suspected of having raped a female, who was detained in a building at the “Polet” football club stadium in Bosanski Brod in 1992.
He was arrested on November 12.
