As per the State Court’s decision, Djojic is banned from leaving his place of residence as well as travelling and meeting the other suspects and witnesses.

In case he violates the prohibiting measures, which will be controlled each month, he may be ordered back into custody by the Court of BiH.

At a hearing held on October 2 the State Prosecution requested an extension of custody for Djojic due to a danger that he might influence the accomplices and witnesses, and seek to flee.

Djojic was arrested on September 4 this year as per a warrant issued by the Prosecution of BiH.

He is suspected of having raped and sexually abused a female person from the Odzak area.
