Habibovics Trial Postponed
The trial of Hariz Habibovic, who is charged with crimes in Kladanj, has been postponed due to the absence of a medical court expert, who was invited by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH.

The court expert has not appeared, because he received the summons today, said Prosecutor Dragan Corlija.
Hariz Habibovic, former reserve policeman with Stupari police station, is charged with having participated, together with two other persons, in the beating of Ladimir Dragic, who got severe body injuries, at the beginning of June 1992. On that same night Dragic committed suicide by hanging himself.
A new hearing is scheduled for September 24, when a medical expert witness will be examined and State Prosecutions material evidence presented.
