Milic was found guilty of participating in the murder and inhumanely treating civilians in Busovaca. The appeals hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1.
The first defence witness of Branko Vlaco, charged with crimes committed in Vogosca, would also testify before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday.
On Monday, March 31, new witnesses for the prosecution would appear at the trial of Dragan Sekaric, charged with murder, torture, rape and other inhuman acts committed in the territory of Gorazde and Visegrad, as well as Goran Saric, charged with the Srebrenica genocide.
On the same day, closing arguments would be presented at the retrial of Drazen Mikulic, who was sentenced by a first instance verdict to six years of prison for crimes committed in Capljina.
On Tuesday, a status conference would be held at the trial of Oliver Krsmanovic, charged with crimes committed in Visegrad, while the trial of Aleksandar Cvetkovic, charged with Srebrenica genocide, will commence.
Other trials will resume on the same day: trial of Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Ivan Medic, Edib Buljubasic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic for crimes committed in the Dretelj camp near Capljina, as well as of Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic for crimes committed in Visegrad.
On Wednesday, April 2, the prosecution would resume presenting evidence against Vitomir Rackovic, charged with crimes committed in Visegrad, Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, charged with the Srebrenica genocide, as well as Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, charged with crimes committed in the territory of Hadzici.
Next week will resume the retrial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emiru Mustafic for the crimes committed in Krajina.
