The suspects, known only by the initials M.S., A.S., I.H., T.S., A.A. and E.D., were arrested by an order of the Bosnian State Prosecution in the Sarajevo and Rogatica areas.

Bosnian Prosecution spokesperson Boris Grubesic said that he could not reveal the names of the arrested men.

He did, however, confirm that another suspect would be brought in soon.

All seven men are suspected of taking part in crimes against Serb civilians in Kukavice (Rogatica municipality) as members of the Bosnian army.

“They are suspected of taking part in the attack on Serb civilians who were moving from Gorazde to Rogatica on August 28, 1992. During the attack more that 20 civilians were killed – mostly women, children and elderly men”, said the Bosnian Prosecution in a statement.

Meanwhile, SIPA has said that they also searched several premises and found documentation pertaining to the crime.
