Arrested for War Crimes and then Released

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not keep in custody a certain L.M., who was arrested by the State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, on December 18 due to a suspicion that he committed war crimes.

The State Prosecution’s spokesperson Boris Grubesic said that, besides the fact that L.M. would be released, he could not provide additional information about this case.

L.M. was arrested in Srbac municipality due to a suspicion that he committed crimes against the civilian population.
