The State Prosecution presented, among others, orders issued by the Visegrad Town Defence Command in 1992, a brief review of the security situation in that municipality, as well as records from penal registry for Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic.
The Defence teams had no objection to the presented evidence, considering that the documents were issued by official institutions.
Milisavljevic, Pantelic and Tasic are charged with having participated in the murders, forcible resettlement of the population, detention, torture, disappearances and other inhumane acts committed in Visegrad.
According to the charges, Milisavljevic and Pantelic participated in the murder of several tens of Bosniak civilians near the Paklenit pit, where Milisavljevic allegedly initiated the shooting of captives.
It was originally planned that the last State Prosecution witness would testify at this hearing, but he refused to appear in court due to mental difficulties. After that the Court ordered that the witness be subjected to another expert examination. In case the witness fails to respond to summons when the trial continues, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will finish the presentation of its evidence.
The trial is due to continue on September 3.
