The defendants have been charged with raping injured party S-4 in Kotor-Varos on June 28, 1992. The injured party was fourteen years old at the time, and was alternately raped several times by the defendants and another unidentified perpetrator. They allegedly forced S-4 to perform oral sex after having raped her. According to the indictment, the rape was committed in a minivan close to a bus station in the village of Dabovci.

The Bosnian state prosecution alleges that they committed the rape as members of the Kotor-Varos Brigade of the Bosnian Serb Army. The trial began in August of last year.

On Friday, June 26, Luka Dragicevic, Boban Indjic, Petko Indjic, Obrad Poluga, Novak Poluga, Dragan Sekaric, Oliver Krsmanovic, Radojica Ristic, Vuk Ratkovic and Mico Jovicic are due to enter their plea to charges that they kidnapped 20 passengers from a train traveling from Belgrade to Bar in a railway station in Strpci in the municipality of Rudo.

According to the Bosnian state prosecution, the train passengers were taken away and killed in the Visegrad area.

At a status conference scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, the defense of Martin Barukcic, Pavo Glavas and Ilija Glavas will present their evidence presentation plan. The defendants, including Marijan Brnjic, have been charged with the rape of Serb women in Odzak from June to August 1992.
