Kosoric, a Bosnian citizen who now lives in Serbia, according to the prosecution, was indicted as the former head of the intelligence section and a member of the main staff of the Bosnian Serb Army’s Drina Corps.

The indictment alleges that Kosoric found locations for the temporary detention of Bosniak men, as well as locations for executions, and participated in organising the transportation of women and children out of Srebrenica in a convoy of buses and trucks.

The prosecution alleges that Kosoric acted on orders and instructions issued by the Bosnian Serb Army’s Main Headquarters and participated in meetings at which decisions were made to separate men aged from 16 to 60 from the rest of the civilians from Srebrenica so they could be temporarily detained and then killed, and to remove women and children from the enclave.

The indictment, which charges Kosoric with assisting in the commission of genocide, has been forwarded to the state court for confirmation.
