On Tuesday, February 16, the trial of Mate Baotic will begin. Baotic has been charged with the rape and abuse of civilians in Donja Mahala in the territory of Orasje. According to the charges, he was the commander of the military police of the Croatian Defense Council and later became the manager of a detention camp in a school building in Donja Mahala.

The trial of Zijad Nanic, Esad Kudelic, Vahid Bajraktarevic, Senad Salkic, Hasan Mustafic, Mehmed Alesevic, Nedzad Bapic and Samir Isakovic is scheduled to begin on the same day. The state prosecution has charged the defendants, all former members of the Bosnian Army, with the inhumane treatment of prisoners of war and civilians held in the former Radoc hotel in Buzim from November 1994 to August 1995.

Zdenko Andabak, who has been charged with crimes in Livno, will continue testifying in his own defense on Tuesday.

On Friday, February 19, Osman Gogic will also testify in his own defense. Gogic, Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic and Nedzad Hodzic have been charged with crimes committed in the Kladanj area.

Trials for crimes committed in Capljina, Mostar, Srebrenica, Livno, Prijedor, Trnovo, Srebrenik, Buzim, Teslic, Bihac, Sanski Most, Bileca, Nevesinje and Gacko are also scheduled to continue next week.
