According to the charges, Radakovic and Pejic killed five members of the Ecimovic family in Tukovi in June 1992.

The indictment alleges the defendants intended to send a message and threaten the civilian population in the area by killing the Ecimovic family and participating in their persecution.

According to the indictment, Radakovic is a former member of reserve forces with a local public safety station while Pejic is a former member of an unidentified military or police formation.

The state court confirmed the indictment on January 11.

Apart from the indictment, the state prosecution also filed a proposal to invite 27 witnesses and court experts to testify, as well as to present more than 70 pieces of material evidence.

Radakovic and Pejic were arrested on June 17, 2015. Following their arrest, prohibitive measures were ordered against Radakovic.

The state court previously handed down a second instance verdict which acquitted Radakovic of charges that he participated in the shooting of approximately 200 civilians at Koricanske Stijene.
