Drago Predojevic, Ranko Dosenovic, Ranko Dosenovic, Dragutin Vuksa, Bosko Curguz, Simo Curguz and Miroslav Panic are all former members of the Bosnian Serb Army and Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska.
They allegedly tortured, assaulted, abused and humiliated Bosniak civilians in the village of Kisak in July 1992. The civilians were lined up and ordered to raise their hands, before being punched, kicked and beaten with various objects. They were then forced to eat grass, the indictment alleges.
Several military and civil trucks, dredgers, as well as long barrels pointed toward the civilians, were present at the crime scene.
“The victims were surrounded by soldiers who held their rifles pointed towards them, which made them fear for their lives,” the indictment alleges.
The indictment has been sent to the state court for confirmation.
