Indictment for Prijedor War Crimes Filed
The state prosecution has filed an indictment against Branislav Gavranovic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, charging him with crimes in the municipality of Prijedor in August 1992.

The prosecution has charged Gavranovic with the rape of a Bosniak girl in her home. He was allegedly accompanied by another member of the Bosnian Serb Army.
The prosecution says Gavranovic has both Bosnian and Swedish citizenship.
The indictment has been filed with the Bosnian state court for confirmation.
