Indictment for Skender Vakuf War Crimes Confirmed

The Bosnian state court has confirmed an indictment against Ranko and Radomir Sevarika. The defendants have been charged with war crimes committed in the municipality of Skender Vakuf in 1992.

The defendants have been charged with participating in the physical abuse and murder of prisoners of war, namely detained members of the Croatian Defense Council.

According to the charges, Ranko Sevarika was a member of reserve police forces, while Radomir Sevarika was a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army.
