Prosecutor Milorad Barasin didn’t explain what kind of evidence the set contained.

Barasin gave up on three pieces of evidence, because the defense said they were disputable.

“They’re irrelevant to the accusations. People who have nothing to do with the indictment are mentioned in them,” defense attorney Vesna Tupajic-Skiljevic said.

Pero Radisic, the former commander of the work squad of the Teslicka Brigade of the Bosnian Serb Army, has been charged with participating in the physical and mental abuse of Bosniak civilians from 1992 to 1995.

He has been charged with taking several persons to locations where they performed forced labour. At least six people were killed and a number were wounded on the frontlines as a result.

The trial will continue on October 23.
